alder cones
We collect our alder cones from the alder trees that grow along the streams and lakes of the Biosphere Reserve Palatinate Forest Nature Park. Afterward, the cones are gently dried and de-stalked. We place great emphasis on the quality of the alder cones and take special care to ensure that the collection sites are far from roads.
